Jurgen Klopp’s impact on Liverpool has been immeasurable, and that can be seen in the tributes current and former players have paid to the outgoing manager.
Klopp’s time as Liverpool manager has come to an end, with the German leaving Merseyside to begin life in semi-retirement after eight-and-a-half years in charge.
He leaves the club having won every possible trophy, with a squad in superb form to replace him and the infrastructure in place for continued success.
His legacy, of course, should not be defined in trophies, as the tributes to Klopp on social media show.
Klopp’s current squad are “forever grateful”…

Lovren, Lucas and others praised his influence on them…
You showed me how to stand up when everyone beats you down.
You showed me the way when no one believes in you, how to believe in myself.
You showed me how to be a man in hard times.
You showed me the way to respect and love each other in our thoughts… pic.twitter.com/IA50GBXNzH

What a manager, but more importantly what a MAN he is. The final dance has begun and I would like to thank Klopp for everything he has done for LFC.
I learned a lot with him as a player and as a person. He showed that together you can achieve anything, but you go nowhere alone.
He changed… pic.twitter.com/Oab00CCnbu— Lucas Leiva (@LucasLeiva87) May 19, 2024
