An autographed 2003-2004 Upper Deck Ultimate Collection Michael Jordan Logoman card — numbered 1 of 1 — sold for $2.928 million, including buyer’s premium, at the Goldin Collectibles Market late Saturday night.
This was the highest paying Jordanian card ever.
Logoman cards are typically limited to a single copy and often feature an NBA logo patch cut from the jersey used in the game. The kit’s description states that this is the first Jordan logo worn on a Chicago Bulls jersey. The card received a PSA card grade of “Authentic” and a perfect card signature.

In promoting the auction, Goldin’s founder and CEO, Ken Goldin, repeatedly described the card as “long lost.” This was the first time this card was available at auction, and its whereabouts were not confirmed until it appeared with a PSA settlement card in 2022.
“Words simply cannot express the historical significance and importance of this card,” Goldin said. “This is without a doubt the finest, most valuable – and most sought after – Michael Jordan card ever produced.”
The record for a sports card still belongs to a 1952 Topps Mickey Mantle jersey that sold for $12.6 million in August 2022. The record for the most expensive sports memorabilia of all time currently belongs to the jersey that Jordan wore in Game 1 of “The Last Dance” in 1998. Finals NBA, which sold for $10.1 million in September 2022.
Kobe Bryant’s jersey, number 80, which the Los Angeles Lakers wore in the 2013 season, was also sold on Saturday evening, in the game in which they won 118-116 over the Golden State Warriors on April 12, in which he scored 34 points. In that game, Bryant tore his Achilles tendon and stayed in the game to shoot two free throws. The shirt sold for $1.2 million, including buyer’s premium.
