Moto X Quarter Pipe High Air capped off the weekend with riders pushing their limits off the 18-foot tall metal quarter pipe. Australia’s Corey Creed repeatedly set the tallest heights in the competition, finishing his final jump with a massive air of 53’7″. Defending gold medalist Colby Raha rode a Stark Varg in this year’s event but came up two feet short of Creed’s height. In his final jump, Raha uncorked 51’7″ to take silver. Spanish motocrosser-turned-freerider, Guillem Navas, earned the bronze medal on his last run with a height of 51’0″ and knocked Axell Hodges out of medal contention.
