ATLANTA — New Orleans Saints tight end Taysom Hill didn’t take long to show how much the Saints missed him last week.
Hill, who missed last week’s game against the Philadelphia Eagles with a chest injury, showed no lingering signs of that against the Atlanta Falcons. With 13:46 remaining in the second quarter, Hill ran in his second touchdown of the first half, scoring on a 5-yard run to give the Saints a 14-7 lead.

Hill also caught a direct catch for a two-yard touchdown in the first quarter. This score tied the game 7-7 after the Falcons scored an early touchdown on a muffed punt by Rashid Shahid.

Hill set up his second touchdown with a 7-yard gain on fourth-and-1 earlier in the drive, lining up at fullback in front of running back Alvin Kamara and taking the handoff to run through an open lane.
He also had a key block on a 13-yard run from Kamara in the first quarter.
