Austin FC II twice came back from a one-goal deficit to earn a point on the road against Sporting Kansas City II on Sunday night at Rock Chalk Park.

Beto Avila gave the parents an early lead in the 25th minute only for the Verde & Black to equalize two minutes later when Jimmy Farkarlun burst down the right wing to force an own goal. Austin almost put themselves in front just before half-time as Sébastien Pineau’s shot hit the post, only for Avila to score his and SKC II’s goal of the match in stoppage time.
