Athletic’s Tom Bogert reported that Rigon’s contract for 2025 would have been automatically activated if he made one more appearance in 2024.

FC Cincinnati signed 17-year-old forward Stefan Chirila to an MLS Next Pro contract through 2024 and will add him to the first team roster in 2025 as an MLS Homegrown player.
Chirila excelled in the FC Cincinnati Academy system, scoring 41 goals in all competitions for the youth team during the 2023-24 season and winning the Ballon d’Or as the top scorer in the 2024 adidas Generation Cup.
