The Birmingham Stallions will play for their third spring football championship in as many years on Sunday.

The Stallions (10-1) defeated the Michigan Panthers 31-18 in the USFL conference championship last week to advance to the inaugural UFL Championship. The Stallions will take on the San Antonio Brahmas (8-3), who defeated the St. Louis Battlehawks 25-15 to win the XFL conference championship.

The Brahmas were the only team to defeat the Stallions in the regular season, winning 18-9 on May 25 in San Antonio. The Stallions’ offense is the best in the UFL, leading the league in points (26.5) and yards per game (347.5). Meanwhile, the Brahmas’ defense allowed the fewest points per game (15.3) and yards per game (259.5) in the UFL.
