Spring game weekend to feature Suits For Seniors on April 26 and Maroon & White Game April 27




RICHMOND, Ky. Eastern Kentucky University has finalized the schedule of events and details around its annual football spring game presented by CG Bank to be held on Saturday, April 27 at 3:00 p.m. at CG Bank Field at Roy Kidd Stadium.
 
The annual spring game presented by CG Bank will feature a full day of activities and fun for all Colonel fans with the game open to the public and tailgating beginning in the morning.
 
Tailgating for the Spring Game will be open as normal on Saturday, April 27th beginning at 10:00 a.m. Students can reserve tailgate spots as they normally would through conferencing and events.
 
Colonel Club members and fans will be open to tailgate and park in the Alumni Coliseum lot or the Moberly lot at no charge.
 
Food trucks and fun activities will be open to the public beginning at 1:00 p.m. The Colonel Kids Zone will be open inside Roy Kidd Stadium at that time which includes inflatables, yard games, music, and more.
 
RV spots are available to reserve through the EKU Ticket Office by calling 859-622-2122 or emailing Raymond White at raymond.white@eku.edu. You may also use this link to reserve online. There will be no charge for RV spots for the Spring Game, but a reservation is necessary.
 
Fans looking to renew their season tickets can do so through this link . Those who do not know their username and password to access the ticketing website may contact the EKU Ticket Office at 859-622-2122, or Raymond White via email at raymond.white@eku.edu.
 
Each account that renews their seats before the early renewal deadline of April 1 will receive exclusive access to a premium experience during this year’s annual Spring Game. Fans who renew will also be entered into a lottery to win a grand prize of four tickets to EKU’s away game at Mississippi State, which kicks off the season on Aug. 31.
 
Following the Spring Game, the team will host a free Kids Clinic on the field. The clinic will be available to kids ages 5-12 or K through 6th grade. The clinic will include a variety of football drills and interaction with coaches and football student-athletes. Participants will receive free Kona Ice following the clinic.
 
EKU students can get in on the day’s action with free entry like all home games, and those who check in via the EKU Sports App through student rewards will be entered to win four tickets to the Colonels game against rival Western Kentucky in the Battle of the Bluegrass on Sept. 7. Students will receive free popcorn at the Spring Game.
