The 2024 NFL Kickoff Game will feature the Kansas City Chiefs hosting the Baltimore Ravens on September 5. With just over one month until football is officially back, managers are beginning their 2024 Fantasy football draft prep. There were 12 players who caught at least 100 passes in 2023, the most ever, and now that PPR leagues are highly popular, high-volume receivers are more valuable than ever. Adam Thielen had his first 1,000-yard season since 2018 after catching 103 passes for the Panthers last year, but can the soon-to-be 34-year-old still make an impact and move up the 2024 Fantasy football rankings?

Reliable 2024 Fantasy football rankings can help you forecast whether players like Thielen are due for regression and ensure you get maximum value out of every pick in your upcoming drafts. They can also help you identify potential 2024 Fantasy football sleepers, 2024 Fantasy football breakouts, and 2024 Fantasy football busts you’ll need to be aware of before you go on the clock. Before setting your 2024 Fantasy football draft strategy, be sure to check out the 2024 Fantasy football rankings and cheat sheets from the proven computer model at SportsLine.

Last year, the model accurately predicted that Buccaneers running back Rachaad White was being dramatically undervalued. White was coming off the board in the seventh round on average in 12-team PPR leagues, but he emerged as Tampa Bay’s workhorse ball carrier and provided significantly more value than expected, finishing No. 4 at his position. White rushed for 990 yards and six touchdowns while adding 64 catches for 549 yards and three more scores as a receiver. Anybody who followed the model’s advice scored an every week starting running back in the middle rounds.

The same model has a proven track record providing Fantasy football tips, identifying A.J. Brown as a sleeper in 2020 and nailing Jonathan Taylor’s monstrous season in 2021. Additionally, it’s called past Fantasy football sleepers like Derrick Henry in 2019, Christian McCaffrey and Alvin Kamara in 2018, and Davante Adams in 2017. Anybody who banked on players like those made a run at their league title.

The model is powered by the same people who generated projections for all three major Fantasy sites, and it beat human experts last season when there was a big difference in ranking. The 2024 Fantasy football PPR rankings and 2024 Fantasy football standard projections update multiple times daily, so you’re always getting the best Fantasy football advice.

Now, SportsLine has simulated the entire NFL season 10,000 times and released its latest 2024 Fantasy football rankings, along with plenty of sleepers, breakouts and busts. Head to SportsLine now to see them.

Top 2024 Fantasy football sleepers

One of the 2024 Fantasy football sleepers the model is predicting: Browns running back Nick Chubb. The four-time Pro Bowler suffered a season-ending knee injury in Week 2 last season, and his absence significantly bumped him down the 2024 Fantasy football RB rankings. However, he is reportedly ahead of schedule in his rehab, so managers could expect him on the field as early as Week 1.

Chubb had 28 carries for 170 yards through the two games he played in last season. That brings his career average to 5.3 yards per attempt on 1,238 rushes and 48 touchdowns. If Chubb remains on track to enter the season healthy, he can boost Cleveland’s stout rush offense and add plenty of fantasy value. See more Fantasy football sleepers 2024 here.

Top 2024 Fantasy football breakouts

One of the 2024 Fantasy football breakouts the model is predicting: Cardinals wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. His father had 1,102 catches for 14,580 yards and 128 touchdowns during a Hall of Fame career and now Harrison will embark on what the Cardinals hope will be a similar path. He’s got better size than his father at 6-foot-3 and 209 pounds and he has exceptional body control despite that frame.

Over his final two seasons at Ohio State, Harrison caught 144 passes for 2,474 yards and 28 touchdowns while adding a rushing touchdown. With Kyler Murray finally healthy again and Harrison coming on board as Arizona’s new No. 1 receiver, there’s potential for a prolific passing game and the model ranks Harrison as a top-10 Fantasy football wide receiver in his rookie season. See more Fantasy football breakouts 2024 here.

Top 2024 Fantasy football busts

As for players to avoid, the model lists Lions quarterback Jared Goff as one of its 2024 Fantasy football busts. The former No. 1 overall pick is coming off his best season with the Lions as he ranked second in the NFL in passing yards (4,575) and fourth in passing touchdowns (30). That led to him signing a four-year, $212 million extension, but with Detroit being reigning division winners, its strength of schedule will be much tougher in 2024 after Goff feasted on weaker teams in 2023.

He had just seven touchdowns across six games versus playoff teams last year and will presumably see more of those teams this year. Additionally, the Lions lost starting WR Josh Reynolds in free agency, and the team figures to lean more on emerging RB Jahmyr Gibbs, after he ranked third amongst RBs with 5.2 yards per carry, and that will take the ball out of Goff’s hands. Thus, while Goff has a 2024 Fantasy football ADP that ranks sixth at the QB position, the SportsLine model slots him outside the top 10 quarterbacks in its positional Fantasy football rankings 2024. See more Fantasy football busts 2024 here
