Lando Norris sealed an assured victory in the Dutch Grand Prix, with the McLaren driver bouncing back from a sluggish start to break Max Verstappen’s consecutive run of wins in Zandvoort.
After Verstappen surged ahead into the lead when the lights went out – with Norris slow off the line – the Briton then retook the position on Lap 18 and from there built a significant gap to the Red Bull.

While he briefly conceded P1 during the pit stops phase, the Briton was otherwise unchallenged as he clinched his second F1 victory, with Verstappen more than 20 seconds back as he took second place in front of his home fans.
It was a strong day for Charles Leclerc as the Ferrari driver rounded out the podium in third, having moved forwards from sixth on the grid, while Oscar Piastri claimed fourth for McLaren and Carlos Sainz added to the Scuderia’s points haul in fifth.
Sergio Perez was P6 for Red Bull, with the Mercedes duo of George Russell and Lewis Hamilton following in P7 and P8 respectively. Alpine’s Pierre Gasly and the Aston Martin of Fernando Alonso rounded out the points-scorers in ninth and 10th.
