The battle of the photo bombs
Seeing teams and drivers pose together for a celebratory photo following a victory or strong result is nothing unusual. What is a bit unexpected, however, is for a member of a rival squad to run into the middle of the shot – something that happened not once but twice following the Mexico City Grand Prix.
As Ferrari toasted their one-three result with Carlos Sainz, Charles Leclerc and the whole crew, Sainz’s former boss – McLaren CEO Zak Brown – decided to get in on the event by pulling off an epic photo bomb.

Not to be outdone, Sainz returned the favour when the McLaren team assembled for their own post-race photo.
