Ice cream lovers: rejoice.
Columbus-based Jeni’s Ice Cream unveiled its new “Cookies and Cleats” flavor commemorating the Major League Soccer All-Star Game in an announcement Tuesday.
The new flavor includes dark chocolate, truffle-like cookies and white chocolate flakes in a vanilla-scented cream, according to a Jeni’s press release.
The new flavor will be available for free at Soccer Celebration, an MLS All-Star Week fan festival at McFerson Commons Park on July 20 and 21. An MLS themed ice cream truck will also hand it out throughout the city on July 22.

You can also get Cookies & Cleats at Jeni’s locations in the Short North and North Market, which will be hosting MLS-themed takeovers July 22 through 24. The new flavor is the first “culinary novelty” ever created for the MLS All-Star Game, according to the release.
The MLS All-Star Game will take place on July 24 at 8 p.m. at Lower.com Field.
