Majid Balogun has officially completed his move to West Ham United.
The youngster has departed Manchester United after two and a half years at the club.
It is believed the 16 year old was not offered scholarship terms at Manchester United but has managed to find a home elsewhere within the Premier League.
Balogun spent parts of last season trialling with various clubs including Leeds United, where he featured as an unused substitute for an u18s Premier League match, but he has eventually sealed a deal with West Ham.
The striker announced his move on Instagram with the caption “back to it.”
Having originally been signed from grassroots club Lambeth Tigers, the move to West Ham marks a return home to London.
A pacy forward, Balogun can play across the front line and likes to use his frightening speed to run in behind defences.
His departure was first revealed back in May when a class act from Manchester United saw the club gift Balogun and four other u16s players framed shirts to commemorate their time at the club before they moved on.
Amongst those also to move on include Freddie Freedman, the son of Dougie Freedman, who has signed scholarship terms at Everton.

All five departing players have found new clubs with Siem Eyob-Abraha heading to Sheffield United, Rory Leech to Hull City, and lastly Nathaniel Mapengu who has joined Stockport County.
While Balogun and others embark on new journeys across England, United fans have plenty to look forward to at Carrington.
Ten of last year’s u16s have signed scholarship terms to remain at the club including the very talented Bendito Mantato, Amir Ibragimov, and Jim Thwaites.
