Austin FC will enter Saturday in 3rd place in the Western Conference after securing their fifth consecutive home victory this season. Two goals by Jáder Obrian and another by captain Sebastián Driussi – his third straight game with a goal – helped the Verde & Black to beat SKC at Q2 Stadium and extend that streak.

Dani Pereira put in a strong performance in that match as well, assisting both of Obrian’s goals to earn the pair a place in the MLS Team of the Matchday. Pereira chipped in four successful dribbles, four chances created, and eight duels won as well.

Last time these two teams met on April 6, Driussi scored the latest goal in Club history in the 101st minute to lift Austin FC to a 4-3 win. Austin FC’s first three goals in that match were the fastest three consecutive goals in Club history, all scored within five minutes of each other by Driussi, Obrian, and Guilherme Biro.
