The Minnesota Twins reinstated third baseman Royce Lewis from the 10-day injured list Tuesday.

Lewis, who turns 25 on Wednesday, batted .174 on a six-game rehab assignment at Triple-A St. Paul.

“When you love this game as much as I do, because I believe no one loves it more than I do, it’s a blessing to be here. I couldn’t imagine another day without it,” Lewis said Tuesday.

He has missed Minnesota’s last 58 games with a right quad strain, sustained in the March 28 season opener.

Lewis is a career .313 hitter with 11 doubles, 18 homers and 58 RBIs in 71 games for the Twins from 2022-24.

He takes the roster spot of infielder Edouard Julien, optioned to St. Paul following Sunday’s game.

Julien, 25, batted .207 with seven home runs and 17 RBIs in 58 games with the Twins this season.
