Today, the UFL held their official College Draft for all eight teams. Over the past couple of years, the USFL and XFL separately held these events to claim rights to collegiate athletes. With the two leagues combined with the merged UFL, we now have our first UFL College Draft of the new entity.

This College Draft was specifically to claim rights to these players. None of them will officially be placed on a UFL roster until they sign a contract, if they decide to do so. Additionally, some names in this list are players who are already on an NFL Training Camp roster. The only athletes who could not be selected were those that NFL teams specifically drafted back in April.

Final Thoughts

As plenty of UFL players begin to make their way back to the NFL’s ranks, teams will have to find ways to fill those holes. The College Drafts in the past have produced some elite talent in the spring football scene (i.e. DE Levi Bell, WR Ty Scott).

While most of these athletes aren’t likely to sign for the 2025 season, it will be exciting to see who ends up taking their talents to the UFL next year.

What are your thoughts on these UFL College Draft picks? Which players should sign to their respective teams? Let us know down in the comments below, or join the conversation on Discord!
