Did you know you could watch pickleball all day, every day? Sure, you can pull up past professional tournaments on YouTube, but did you know there’s actually a television channel dedicated strictly to the sport?
Pickleballtv began in 2023. The dedicated television network was launched by the Tennis Channel and the Professional Pickleball Association (PPA). Similar to the Tennis Channel, Pickleballtv offers coverage of the sport’s professionals along with content for its expanding number of recreational players.
Ken Solomon, president, Tennis Channel said, “Tennis Channel and the PPA Tour are doing something that hasn’t been done before – taking a fast-growing sport in its infancy and attaching an experienced, state-of-the-art media arm to its development in the form of Pickleballtv.”
The Tennis Channel and the PPA Tour are dedicated to growing pickleball in the United States and around the world. Under their joint agreement, “most PPA Tour matches appear live on Tennis Channel’s various media platforms and both organizations coordinate advertising-sales activities. Tennis Channel also produces all events for the PPA Tour, regardless of the media outlets on which they first appear.”

Pickleballtv is available to watch on a variety of platforms. Their broadcast can be added by searching for it on the following services:

Pickleballtv Schedule
Pickleballtv offers different programming options such as live tournament coverage of the PPA and MLP, preview shows, tips to up your game with instructional content, behind-the-scenes look at the pro tour, interviews with players, tournament encores, and more.
As of late 2024, these are the current shows offered:
- My Pickleball Life – giving you a glimpse into the life of a professional player. Think of it as a getting to know you feature
- Making McGuffins – an ongoing series that takes you into the life of pro player Tyson McGuffin and his family as they travel from tournament to tournament and everywhere in between
- Everything You Need to Know to Start Playing Pickleball – Learn how to play pickleball with pros Tyler Loong and Meghan Dizon
- Practice Like a Pro – Learn drills that the pros use to improve their game
- Want to Improve Your Game in 5-10 Minutes? – Learn strategies and shots from the pros
