VANCOUVER, BC – Vancouver Whitecaps FC announced on Tuesday that the club has signed Whitecaps FC 2 (WFC2) forward Cyprian Kachwele to an MLS short-term agreement for the club’s TELUS Canadian Championship quarterfinal second leg against Cavalry FC at BC Place.
