Charles Leclerc gave the Tifosi plenty to cheer about as he topped Friday’s pair of practice sessions at Ferrari’s first home Grand Prix of the season in Imola.

Doubling up on his FP1 effort, Leclerc produced a benchmark time of 1m 15.906s during the FP2 session to lead McLaren rival Oscar Piastri by just under two-tenths of a second.

Will the Scuderia be able to keep their place at the top of the timesheets tomorrow? Or can one of their rivals step up in what Leclerc has described as a “super important” qualifying hour.
